This month is full of grace, we hope it can be running fast and smoothly with both. One of the favorite menu for Iftar is the cooking of fish, coconut milk Seasoning Kakap. A fairly easy way of processing, allowing us to quickly present it to the family.
ingredients:
A. 500 g meat red snapper / black / grouper
2. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
3. 200 ml vegetable oil
4. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
5. 3 red onions, finely chopped
6. 1 cm ginger, finely chopped
7. ½ teaspoon pepper
8. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
9. 1 teaspoon salt
10. 1 bay leaf
11. 75 g canned sweet corn
12. 75 g of frozen peas
13. 150 ml coconut milk
For Method of manufacture:
A. Cut the flesh of fish size ½ x 4 x 3 cm.
2. Marinate the fish pieces with lemon juice and let stand for 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil, fry the fish until cooked. Remove and drain.
4. Reheat 2 tablespoons oil, saute garlic, onion, and ginger. stir until the
wilt.
5. Then enter the fish and stir well.
6. Add seasoning, corn, peas, and coconut milk. Cook until boiling and slightly thickened gravy.
Remove and serve cold.
